I share my artistic passion, inspiration, and vision that pushes the boundaries of art that explores the metaphysics of humanity. What techniques do you use? What artists or life experiences have influenced your work? You may describe your work overall, or a specific series of work.
My art series BLM of work is for future generations to explain CIVIL RIGHTS events that were forgotten. I realize the current generation read less, my new wave collage style and images help to engage the public and teach us on multiple levels.
I am fascinated with African American History. My passion for those who fought to create a better world in their lifetime motivates my art. I created a series of visual documentary artwork, that depicts and narrates the life journey of the subject; with the main portrait in the center painted with fine art materials using acrylic, oil, and pencil. Their background has a collage of documents and pictures that embodies their life that presents a historic narrative. All the piece is covered by thick resin that seals and blends the Artwork. The style recently has attracted prominent persons and organizations
I believe in working in community, I am constantly creating projects that involves other artists, from the Detroit Fine Art Breakfast Club. Suck a large Panel with 12x12 art work, from other artist with different disciplines.
